4x Trainee Recruitment Consultant Positions are currently available for an immediate start within a company specializing in placing legal professionals in the technological sector.
The Client – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Located in the heart of St Pauls, they are on the hunt for an individual looking to start their career within recruitment. Recently renovated offices allow for a calm and motivating environment, including a rooftop bar to work from on those sunny days in London. Both directors have over 23 years of experience combined within the sector and are looking to pass on their exceptional knowledge to facilitate their continuous domination within the market.
Two weeks of intense training is provided at the beginning of your career, followed up by continuous training by the directors throughout your career, they are firm believers in there being continuous room for improvement. Operating a variety of different desks within the technological market, the opportunities are endless, with the option to manage your desk with help from them.
The benefits you will receive from the company include- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £26k base salary with OTE in your first year being £55-60k!!
- Uncapped commission structure, with the highest biller in their first year taking home £87k last year!!

The day-to-day of the role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold-calling clients/ candidates, and dealing with the rejection that comes from it as a result
- Producing advertisements for current roles that you are working on from your clients
- Client meetings to understand the desired characteristics they are looking for in a new hire
- Guiding candidates through the interview process providing support and advice

- Hardworking and resilient
- Competitive e.g. previous background in sports
- Degree educated or equivalent experience.
