You will work alongside the TOP PERFORMING manager within the company, sitting on the Cloud and Infrastructure desk. With clients across the UK and Europe, you will gain incredible exposure to international businesses and build your own network.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You will be working as a delivery consultant, meaning your responsible for sourcing the best talent for your existing client base:
- Attending client meetings and understanding hiring briefs
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Headhunting on LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates and pairing them with your clients
- Managing the application process as the middleman
- Ensuring your candidate gets the pay package they are after
- Building your online presence and your own brand
