- Starting salary of £28k-£32k DOE
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 45%
- OTE in year one of £70k, year 2 £90k, and year 3 £100k+

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building your client base through business development
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and keeping up to date with hiring criteria
- Sourcing new candidates through headhunting, networking, and advertising
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for interviews with clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Managing the end-to-end interview process
- Negotiating contracts for your candidates
- Building your own personal brand on LinkedIn
- Constantly building your network and working towards individual targets
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 6+ months working in a sales environment is highly desirable
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, dealing with clients and customers
- Confident in speaking with high level clients
- Financially driven and looking to earn over a basic salary
- Competitive individual with experience in sports, debate, etc.
- Positive mindset and excellent problem solving skills
