- £26k base salary with on targets earnings in your first year equating to £55k+
- First promotion is typically seen in first 6 months- accompanied by a pay rise to £30k!

The role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business Development from day one- brining on new roles and clients!
- Outreach to potential candidates- through LinkedIn, job boards etc
- Cold calling- dealing with the rejection that would also come as a result of this
- Guiding a candidate through the full process from start to finish, taking feedback from both candidate and client whilst also closing deals
