Responsibilities: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and job boards, to identify and attract top-tier sporty candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experiences, and suitability for different sports-related roles.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organizations, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and sports business developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Matchmaking: Identify the perfect fit between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and long-lasting placement for both parties.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced consultants, learning from their expertise, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
