Following rapid growth across the UK, New York, Amsterdam and San Francisco, they are now looking for ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultants / Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their London team.

What Does a Trainee Recruitment Consultant Do?
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to run the full recruitment process while building your own client and candidate network.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and identifying top technology talent
- Speaking with candidates and understanding their career goals
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring requirements
- Developing new business and winning new clients
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Negotiating salaries and fees
- Managing offers and placements from start to finish
- Becoming a specialist within the technology recruitment market
You will receive structured training and ongoing support to help you develop into a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant.
