- £28,000 starting salary, increasing to £32,000 after just six months
- Year 1 OTE: £55,000
- Year 2 OTE: £70,000+

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll help ambitious professionals secure exciting new career opportunities while partnering with some of the most innovative businesses in the tech sector.
No two days are the same. You will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Advertising live vacancies and attracting top talent
- Sourcing candidates through social media platforms, job boards and networking
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to offer
- Negotiating salaries and securing accepted offers
- Delivering an outstanding candidate and client experience
