The Client you’ll be working for: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

This client is the go-to recruitment agency in the finance space. They work with professionals from junior level to director, providing the best service on the market. Giving consultative advice to their clients, they are truly entrusted and so are paid big bills to find the best candidates. The finance space is booming, so the earning potential in this industry is larger than most.

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Building client relationships and consulting them on the market
• Negotiating the contract with them and understanding their criteria for candidates
• Finding that candidate through social media platforms, cold calling, headhunting and advertising
• Taking them through the interview process and giving them advice
• Make a successful placement and earn commission

The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• £28k base with 30% commission structure
• OTE of £55k Year 1

The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Sales experience – B2B, B2C, client facing, cold calling, door to door
• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
• BBB or above at A Level
• Confident people person
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• True financial drive
• Hard worker
• Resilient
