- £28k base salary, increasing to £30k once promoted
- Promotion likely within 6 months

The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Mapping the market you work within so you can give clients the best advice on trends and their competitors
- Negotiating with clients and offering your expertise
- Sourcing the candidate they are looking for via advertising, cold calling, headhunting and networking
- Organising interviews for your candidate and helping them succeed in them
- Sorting the contract after their offer
- Earn your commission!
