Consultants earn £50k+ in their first year and join the commission scheme from the get-go.

- £28k base salary, increasing to £32k after promotion

The Ideal Profile – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Minimum BBB at A Level
- Sales experience preferred
- Confident people skills
- Energetic
- Mature
- Financially motivated
- Sporty
The Job Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business Development – source your own clients to work with and negotiate the terms with them
- Build relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their preferences
- Source new candidates to work with via social media platforms, cold calling and networking
- Organise interviews and prep your candidates for success
- Negotiate the offer and make a placement!
