The Perks of the Job – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base with an increase to £32k within half a year
- Promotion is target based – most hit this with 5-6 months
- 40% commission structure on top of the base salary
- OTE in year 1 – £45k, year 2 – £60k, year 3 – £90k+

The Job Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Talent mapping – research and analyse the market to find the best candidates at C-suite level
- Consult – advise clients on hiring plans and insights into their competitors
- Headhunt – cold call and persuade potential candidates
- Organise – set up interviews and prep your candidates
- Secure an offer and seal the deal!
