The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training while learning how to build a successful client and candidate network.
You’ll be:
- Winning new business and developing client relationships
- Writing and advertising vacancies
- Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Negotiating offers and earning uncapped commission from day one
What We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2:1 degree or above OR 6+ months’ sales experience
- Ambitious, competitive and financially motivated
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient with a positive attitude
- Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
