I’m currently working with a market-leading financial recruitment business that’s looking to hire 4 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their growing London team.

- £27,000 base salary, increasing to £30,000 after 6 months
- £65k+ realistic first-year earnings

The role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll become a specialist within the financial markets, managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Speaking with finance professionals to understand what they’re looking for in their next move
- Building relationships with investment banks, hedge funds and financial institutions
- Winning new business and growing existing client accounts
- Headhunting high-calibre candidates for live vacancies
- Managing candidates throughout the interview process
- Negotiating offers and handling the recruitment process through to placement
- Keeping up to date with market trends to become an expert in your niche
- Building a strong network of clients and candidates that generates repeat business
- Working towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
