- Leading recruitment firm, focusing on Fintech
- Placing senior Data, Software and Cloud professionals into Private Equity and Investment Banking
- 14 heads in the London office, looking to hire 3 more
- Huge fee sizes of up to £250k
- Top biller is bringing in around £860k each year
- Works the UK and US markets
- Opportunity to move to the Miami office once 2 years in
The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary + 40% commission structure
- Promotion within 6 months and another within a year
- OTE in year 1 of £45k; year 2 – £70k
- 25 days paid holiday a year + your birthday + 10 day office closure over Christmas
- Hands-on training from the Managing Director and Top Biller
- Trips away for the top performers – Marbella and Lisbon

The Job Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business Development – Bring on new clients and show you’re a specialist recruiter within their space
- Negotiation – Agree on the terms of the relationship
- Consult – Advise your client on the market and their hiring plans
- Screening – Source and screen new candidates to interview with your client
- Organisation – Be the middleman in between client and candidate, organising interviews and prepping them
- Secure an offer and make a placement with the company!
The Ideal Candidate for this Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2:1 or above from a top university – graduating 2025 or 2026
- Minimum BBB at A-Level (BTECs D*D*D*)
- Sports background
- Confident
- Salesy
- Financially motivated
