THE ROLE – TRAINEE RECRUITMENT COSULTANT

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to build a successful desk within the legal recruitment market.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identifying and engaging high-calibre legal professionals
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Becoming a trusted market specialist
