The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll become a specialist within the legal market, connecting top talent with some of the world’s most prestigious organisations.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and developing relationships with clients
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Becoming an expert within your chosen legal niche
