The Opportunity – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This is a high-performance sales role where you’ll be trained to become a specialist recruitment consultant, connecting exceptional talent with leading businesses.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates
- Developing new business opportunities
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Building a network that generates repeat business and referrals
