The Opportunity – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll develop into a specialist advisor within the legal sector, connecting exceptional legal professionals with some of the world’s most prestigious organisations.
This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role that combines sales, business development, negotiation, and consulting. No two days are the same, and your progression is entirely based on the results you deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and legal professionals
- Identify, engage, and attract high-calibre legal talent through networking and headhunting
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement to offer stage
- Generate new business opportunities and develop client accounts
- Negotiate offers and successfully manage placements
- Become a recognised expert within your specialist legal market
