The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This is an exciting opportunity to join a start-up recruitment firm specialising in the Investment Banking and Private Equity sectors. You will be working closely with an experience successful recruiter, who in his first year in the industry billed a massive £700k.
You will work with candidates and clients across the globe, which offers the best exposure into the industry and provides the chance to truly work with the best of the best.
The average base salaries you will be working on range from £100k-£500k, and with the ability to take home 50% commission, the earning here really is unmatched.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting
- Interviewing potential candidates
- Preparing candidates for interviews with your clients
- Managing the process between both sides
- Negotiating contracts
- Building your own brand and presence online
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Commercially minded
- Hardworking and self-motivated
- European languages are a huge plus but not essential
- Articulate
- Confident talking with a wide range of individuals
