What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging top GTM talent across the technology market
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
- Developing specialist market knowledge within the GTM sector
- Winning new business and growing client relationships
- Negotiating offers and closing deals

- Resilient, proactive, and confident
- Previous success in sports, competitions, leadership roles, or other high-performance environments is highly desirable
- Degree educated preferred but not essential
