The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities include:

• Business development and negotiating with clients
• Sourcing Network Engineering and Tech candidates
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Market mapping and headhunting
• Advertising roles and attracting talent
• Matching candidates to client requirements
• Meeting clients and candidates regularly
• Supporting expansion into new international markets

You’ll work with FTSE 100 businesses and well-known global brands to help them secure top technology talent.
