- Currently hiring 3 fresh graduates for a September start
- Top Billers are doing £850k a year
- Average earnings in year one is minimum £50k due to their 40% commission structure

- 2024 grad with work experience – office / sales experience OR has been travelling
- 2025 grad with a 2:1 or above from a top university

- Headhunting
- Cold calling
- Negotiating
- You will become a specialist recruiter within the finance market
- You will be entrusted within the space
- You will negotiate the terms of agreement
- You will persuade people to interview with your client
- You will organize interviews and guide them
- You will gain commission from your placement
