We are on the hunt for 3 hungry grads to join the technology desk at this exciting, and top-performing business! You will sit on the contract desk and specialise within Data, Software, and Cloud positions in the German market. This means that you will be working with high salaries, which means more commission for you!
The team have just completed their best year to date (and they’ve been running for 19 years!) meaning there is plenty of business for you to jump into. Every consultant has earnt over £50k in their first year, skyrocketing to £75k in their second year! You will also have a very clear route to progress into a managerial role, where you can build out your own team.

The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £25k, rising to £27k after probation, with a £30k salary if you reach target
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 45%, seeing your earn £60k in your first year

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development to win new clients
- Meeting with clients and learning about the opportunities and job requirements
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, headhunting and using the company database of previous candidates
- Interviewing candidates and pairing them with clients
- Manging the end to end interview process (prep, feedback, organising meetings etc.)
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidates and closing deals!
- Building an online presence on LinkedIn, whilst growing your network
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working alongside education – part-time, internships, placement year etc.
- Confident speaking with a range of high level individuals both on and off the phone
- Resilient and able to bounce back from rejection
- Financially driven and looking to earn over a basic salary
