The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base salary + 40% commission structure
- Increase of salary to £30k within 6 months, after your promotion
- OTE in Year 1 = £45k
- Work from home 1-2 days a week once promoted
- 28 days paid holiday + bank holidays + birthday

The Person We Want – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2025 graduate with a 2:1 or above
- 2024 graduate who has commercial experience or has been travelling
- Sales experience preferred – cold calling, KPIs, B2B, B2C
- Confident people skills
- Money hungry – will do what it takes to get the deal done
- Competitive – driven to be at the top of the leader board
The Job Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Bring on new clients and work with them exclusively
- Map your market and become a specialist within the Tech space
- Source candidates for the job spot via cold calling, networking, advertising
- Set up interviews with candidates and clients and be the middleman
- Negotiate the offer and get the best deal for your candidate
- Make a placement and receive your well-earned commission!
