Salary: Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Base 26-28K
- Year 1 OTE – £45K
- Year 2 OTE – £60K
- Year 3 OTE – £75K
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Graduate with a 2.1 university degree
- Professional work experience
- Charismatic
- Strong work ethic & willingness to learn
- Confident
