- How do you get clients? Business development (aka cold calling)
- How do you source candidates? Writing ads, headhunting, referrals.
- How do you get a deal and make commission? Match making a candidate and a client.

- Earn between £35-50K in your first year.
- Year 2 – OTE is £80,000 – 100,000!
