The Business – Trainee Finance Recruitment Consultant
This firm have quickly grown to 35 heads since their inception in 2019, and don’t plan to slow down. They have expanded their London offering and cover multiple areas of Finance, including sourcing CFOs for their clients, as well as Accounting professionals, Heads of Finance, and some tech professionals.
They opened their New York office in 2023, which has already grown to 10 heads and specialises within the FinTech space. The firm offers the chance to relocate after 2 years’ service, or the chance to open a new office location if you wish.

The Role – Trainee Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Business Development to win new clients
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertising, and networking
- Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for interviews with your clients
- Managing the end-to-end interview process
- Advising and consulting your network on market trends
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidates
- Following any business leads and keeping updated with your network
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate or experience working in a commercial role for 6+ months
- Excellent communication skills
- Naturally competitive with a background of sports, debate, etc.
- Financially driven with the desire to earn over a basic salary
- Strong work ethic and drive to deliver a good service
