About the Client and the Opportunity – Trainee Executive Search Consultant
Our client is a premier executive recruitment and search firm with over three decades of proven expertise. They partner closely with clients to deliver tailored search services across multiple financial and strategic disciplines, including Corporate Development and Strategy, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Accountancy and Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions. This role offers the unique opportunity to engage with high-level executives, such as CTOs, CEOs, and CFOs, placing them in major industry-leading organisations, including Sky, Mitie, Sage, and Ascential. They are now seeking driven and talented graduates to join their expanding team as Trainee Executive Search Consultants. From the start, you’ll embark on an extensive 24-month training program covering all aspects of candidate sourcing, client management, and the full recruitment process. You’ll begin building valuable client relationships as early as two months into your role, laying the foundation for a successful and long-lasting career.

Your Role – Trainee Executive Search Consultant
As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant, you’ll engage in thorough, continuous market research, developing expertise in specific candidate pools and current business trends. You will support senior consultants in various assignments by mapping out potential candidates and conducting personalised outreach. Your responsibilities will extend to accompanying consultants in candidate interviews and attending client meetings to contribute to understanding briefs, presenting short-lists, and concluding successful searches.
