On Offer – Trainee Creative Recruitment Consultant
- £26K Base Salary
- Competitive uncapped commission structure up to 45% (Top performing Trainees have earned £55,000+ in their first year)

Day to day of the role – Trainee Creative Recruiting Consultant
- Sourcing the leading talent within the industry using various methods
- Attracting candidates through advertisement and managing applications
- Preparing candidates and assisting them through the process
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Building your network
- Attending events on sustainability
- Pitching your services to new clients and winning business
The Ideal candidate – Trainee Creative Recruitment Consultant
- Confident and outgoing individual, ready to get stuck in
- Creative individual
- Graduate from a good university with a 2.1 or above or sales experience (Ideally B2B)
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ambitious and driven to become an expert in the market
