Founded by two best friends, they have a social but hard-working culture, where everyone aims to make as much money as they can. US salaries are much larger than the UK, meaning the fees you will be billing are huge. With their commission structure reaching 50% with no threshold, you can earn some good money within your first year.

The Role – Tech Recruitment Consultant
- Fast paced sales-based role
- Headhunting new clients and offering your expertise on the market
- Negotiating deals and contracts
- Headhunting new candidates for your clients by advertising, networking and cold calling
- Understanding what they look for out of a career and setting up interviews to match their profile with clients
- Guide them through the interview process and give the tips to answer the difficult questions
- Make a successful placement and get the commission you worked hard for!
The Ideal Candidate – Tech Recruitment Consultant
- Sales experience – B2B, cold calling, commission based, client facing
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Charismatic
- Articulate and well spoken
- Personable and a people person
- Financially driven
- Hard worker – with evidence
