Your role – Sustainability Recruitment Consultant
- Generating new leads and growing your own market by pitching our clients services
- Create lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
- Qualify candidates by phone
- Writing job adverts
- Screening candidates and assessing suitability for new roles
- Liaising with senior-level executives
- Leading client meetings
What’s required – Sustainability Recruitment Consultant
- A degree with a 2:2 or above
- A competitive background is a plus
- Strong commitment to improving yourself!
- Clear examples of resilience
- Financial drive and the desire to succeed
- An energetic and enthusiastic personality!
