Sustainability Recruitment Consultant – The client
This business is striving to create a better future for us all with a focus on identifying, attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent within sustainability and clean technology. Operating for the past 20 years they have have worked with some of the biggest sustainability businesses on the planet. They specialise in several areas such as advisory and consulting firms that provide consultancy services to the energy sector and the path to net-zero.
They have offices based around the world including London and the USA.

The role:
- Generating new leads and growing your own market by pitching our clients services
- Create lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
- Qualify candidates by phone
- Writing job adverts
- Screening candidates and assessing suitability for new roles
- Liaising with senior-level executives
- Leading client meetings
What is required:
- A degree with a 2:2 or above
- A competitive background is a plus
- Strong commitment to improving yourself!
- Examples of resilience
- Clear examples of financial drive and desire to succeed
- An energetic and enthusiastic personality!
