The Role – Sustainability Recruitment Consultant
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings
- Proactively follow up on leads and grow your professional network
- Source top talent via social media platforms, headhunting, company database, and job boards (Reed, Total Jobs, etc.)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from shortlisting candidates to negotiating offers
- Research market trends and conduct salary benchmarking to provide expert advice to clients and candidates
- Grow your personal brand and expand your professional network online
What We’re Looking For – Sustainability Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate or someone with prior sales experience
- Naturally competitive and motivated by success
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
