Associate Director – Established Technology, Finance, and Insurance firm
Base salary: £70k + DOE with commission up to 45%
I am partnering with a Market Leading Tech, Finance and Insurance firm based in London who are looking for experienced managers to aid the expansion of their Tech offering – 4 ADs will be hired to oversee each specialist team (Cloud, Dev Ops, Cyber Security and Data).
They are looking to expand their headcount as they gear up for an exit sale in the next 5 years and with Equity on offer for directors, this could be the perfect opportunity to not only increase your take home but get involved with shaping the direction of the company.
The Client hiring for a Specialist Technology Associate Director:
- Currently at around 80 heads overall
- Looking to triple their headcount as they gear up for a financial event in the next 5 years
- Top biller did £1.6mil last year.
- Average billings between £600k – 800k across the board.
- No KPIs or micromanagement – autonomy given to clients and candidates.
- Large and established client base across the UK, Europe and the US
- Live terms with 172 clients on contract and a further 362 on perm
What’s on offer to you as a Specialist Technology Associate Director:
- Base salary £70K + DOE
- Commission up to 45%
- For team managers there is a flat payment of either £750 or £1500 per head in your team based on their performance
- 3 days WFH
- Ongoing leadership and management training
- The opportunity to continue bringing on new business as well as leveraging relationships with existing clients.
What do you need to fulfil the role of a Specialist Technology Associate Director:
- 6 – 8 years of experience within Tech and/or Change and Transformation
- Must have BD exposure
- Have client relationships across the UK and Europe
- Tangible billings and established network within the technology market
- Contract OR Perm focused
