Basic Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (+ up to £20,000 bonus)
The Company – Senior Researcher
Established in 2011, this company is a high-level Executive Search firm servicing the Finance space. They partner with Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Trading Houses globally.
They work across Equities, Commodities and Fixed Income on a retained and exclusive basis – getting a lot of repeat business.
What to expect: Senior Researcher – Executive Search
- Identifying and sourcing new candidates using various methods – such as headhunting on LinkedIn, jobs ads and using their database
- Conducting an initial screening call with new candidates to assess their experience.
- Representing both candidates and clients and working for their best interests
- Market mapping and gathering market research
- Consulting clients on market movements and business efficiency
The ideal skillset: Senior Researcher – Executive Search
- 18+ months experience within a contingent or search setting in Finance
- An interest in Financial Markets
- Experience conducting initial calls, managing the process and client interaction
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- University degree – 2:1 or above from Russell Group University
- A Levels – ABB or above
