About the company:
- 7 years old and focus on A&F recruitment at all levels, from graduate through to CFO
- Have a team of 25 in total now and moved into new offices in Tottenham Court Road, looking to get to 45 people in the next 18 months
- Grown revenue each year and very profitable – business has great cash-flow and so looking to get to next level now
- Clients that range from start-up tech companies to FTSE listed. They are broad C&I recruiters, so clients include property, retail, FMCG, Fintech and everything in between.
- They genuinely have a great list of clients who they work with regularly.
- They have a broad range of experience on the team – 2 consultants who have just got into recruitment, 3 with 1 years’ experience, 3 with 4 years, and 3 with 13 years +
- The two directors were number 3 billers for Morgan McKinley and Robert Half respectively and still bill, so work closely with the consultants and drive results with their experience.

- Industry leading pay / commission structure. Consultants would generally earn between 35-42% of billings with no threshold. Monthly commission, quarterly and annual bonus.
- Autonomy for experienced consultants – people who want to go out there and make it happen. Big emphasis on Business Development and proactive approach.
- Lots of room for progression and development – as a growing business they have opportunities for people to manage a team once they prove themselves, stay as Exec billers and move to Director of their areas (based on performance)

- Training Director who runs a regular training programme for both new and experienced consultants. The training includes a focus on Business Development, Candidate Management, how to build a successful desk etc
