I am currently working with a Boutique Digital and Tech firm; they are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant. With an already established name within the Change and Transformation market, the specialist firm is now aiming to expand its team.
The Client – Senior Recruitment Consultant
- About 50 heads currently
- Offices In Bristol and London
- No KPIs or micromanagement – autonomy is given to clients and candidates.
- An active database of 15,000+ candidates
- Socially responsible, giving over £200K to charity since 2017.
- Large and established client base across the UK, Europe and the US
What will you get? – Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary £35K – £45K
- Commission up to 40% (no threshold)

What do you need? – Senior Recruitment Consultant
- 18+ months of experience with Tech and/or change and transformation
- Must have BD experience
- Billing north of 200k per year
- Have client relationships across UK and Europe
- Proactive and driven
