The Company – Senior Recruitment Consultant
Rule has partnered with a fast-growing Data Analytics + EPM recruitment agency looking to expand its technology presence. They are looking to give equity away from day 1 – 50% of the business is already employee-owned!
After being set up by an ex-LHI member they are looking to scale and sell this business the same. The sale of LHI had 6 people walk away with 6 figure payments, so joining this business when at only 25 heads could be hugely beneficial. They cover perm and contract placements across Data, Sustainability, SAAS and Technology (DevOps, Cloud, Engineering, Infrastructure and more). With a brand-new office in NY, they will sponsor candidates to go out there should you be open to international opportunities!
They have a very established client base, with over 400 clients on their database. One individual billed $500K in their first year in the business in their NY office.
The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Be a part of shaping the direction of the business, with the potential to grow your team.
- Continue bringing on new business as well as leveraging relationships with existing clients.
- Deliver on mandates using job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, hosting events and much more.
- Build out a name for yourself in the space and become a go-to recruiter in the space.

The Ideal Candidate – Senior Recruitment Consultant
- 2+ years recruitment experience
- Clear focus across Data, Technology or Saas
- Contract or Perm focus
- Business Development experience
- Billings £200K+ in 12 months
- Extremely motivated and financially driven
