- In depth knowledge of hedge funds and understanding of what the clients require
- Confident working with the most sought after, experienced candidates within the market
- Proven track record of success, billing around the £200k mark P/A
- Self- driven and happy to work in a non KPI’d environment
- BD experience within a 360 role preferred but not essential

- Working with minimum fees of £250k
- Largest fee last year of just under £2mil
- Maintains the boutique feel with just under 30 employees
- Work with 50% bonuses on attributed billings
- Average yearly billings for consultants of just over £1mil
- Executive search but with a relaxed atmosphere and a casual office approach
