RULE has partnered with a niche and fast-growing Data Analytics + EPM Agency, which covers Enterprise, Data and Software. They are looking for collaborative individuals to join their team and expand their Data desk, as Senior Data Recruiters.
The company was founded in 2013 and has a current headcount of 30 across their UK and US offices, which they are currently looking to grow over the next number of years. The company works with a range of agencies from boutique firms up to leading organisations within the field.
The role of a Senior Data Recruiter within the company
- Access to the established client base within the company, of over 400 clients.
- Building relationships with both potential clients and candidates to aid the growth of the business as well as promoting your name within the industry.
- Constantly staying on top of news within the market, so that you are an expert in the world of Data.
- Weekly meetings with the team to ensure the meeting of targets and to address any issues.
What is on offer for you as a Senior Data Recruiter?
- Offering a salary between £40k-£50k (DOE).
- A generous commission structure which goes up to 45% with no threshold – One of the best in the market currently.
- WFH up to 2 a week – a healthy balance!
- Opportunity to relocate to NY in the next year if this is something of interest.
- Working in a high performing company – individuals billing on average £210k per year.
- Learning and Development programs on offer for all employees to aid their professional development.

What qualifications do you need as a Senior Data Recruiter?
- 2-4 years within the data recruitment sector.
- A proven track record of BD experience within the Data recruitment market.
- A collaborative individual, with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
- Highly motivated, with a passion for all things Data!
- An individual who can work as part of a team – This company encourages teamwork and collaboration between individuals.
- Experience within both Perm or Contract
