Our client is a specialist search firm which covers the investment banking and hedge fund industries. They are currently a 7 person business with the aim to grow at a steady rate.
Their market is highly lucrative, and they are one of a few specialists in the marketplace – less competition = more money.
Their commission structure is 30% of total billings – they expect people to be earning 6 figure salaries within 18months!
