Change and Transformation- Senior Consultant – £40k – £45k
We are currently looking for experienced senior consultants who have expertise in finance or technology Change and Transformation.
This is for a market leading recruitment agency based in Central London, they specialise in financial services, Insurance and Tech and are looking to expand their headcount before they sell in 3 years. – Senior Consultant
The Firm:
- Currently at around 80 heads overall
- The Change and Transformation desk contains 8 employees ranging from associate consultant right up to consultant.
- Average billings between £600k – 800k across the board.
- Top biller did £1.6mil last year.
What’s on offer to you as a Senior Consultant:
- £40k – £45k Base DOE
- No threshold in your first 12 months
- Commission up to 40%
- The opportunity to become involved in the direction of the business, with the potential
- to grow your own specialist team.
- Continue bringing on new business as well as leveraging relationships with existing
- Continue to build out a name for yourself in the space and become a go-to recruiter in
- the space.
- 1-1 mentoring with top million-pound billers
The Ideal Candidate – Senior Recruitment Consultant:
- 2-3 years recruitment experience
- Clear focus across Finance or Technology
- Contract or Perm focus
- Business Development experience – experience bringing on new business as well as
- leveraging relationships with previous clients.
- Tangible billings and established network within the Change and Transformation
- Billing north of £200K+
