- At least 6 months of Sales experience

The role of a sales development representative:
The sales development representative’s main responsibility is to outreach to potential customers. Once you have managed to do this you will then have to have the ability to create rapport and build the relationship with them. If you find out that they have a need for the Saas system then you forward them to the business development team, so they can continue with the process.
