As they continue to grow, they’re seeking a highly motivated researcher to join the team and support the delivery of high-quality recruitment and search assignments.
The Role
As a Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and assessing top-tier talent. Working closely with Directors, you will ensure the smooth running of recruitment projects, contribute market intelligence, and source senior talent in London & New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research to map markets, identify talent pools, and build high-quality longlists for active mandates
- Use a range of sourcing tools—LinkedIn, internal databases, industry reports, networking channels—to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess suitability, experience, and motivations
- Produce insightful market intelligence reports, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis
- Update and maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM system
- Support consultants during briefing meetings, client updates, and candidate management activities
- Prepare candidate profiles, shortlists, and assignment documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes and sourcing strategies
