They specialise in Fixed Income, Equities, Private Equity and Real Estate. They currently have an opening on the Fixed Income desk for an intelligent and diligent graduate.
You would be learning directly from a Partner and work closely with an experienced researcher at the start of your career.

Their client base consists of some impressive clients such as; Goldman Sachs and a number of private equity funds, private credit funds, investment banking firms, etc.
The Role and You
Joining this business as Research Analyst your role would be varied and dynamic. Your responsibilities would consist of;
- Desk-based research alongside working closely with senior consultants on searches
- Extensive market research and mapping in order to offer a service to our clients and candidates that appears seamless and without any fuss.
- Dealing with the top tier of candidates, your role is to find the most suitable position for their candidates wants and demands, as well as negotiating the best arrangement for their candidate when closing the deal.
- In tandem with this, client relationships are also of paramount importance, so a level of delicacy when suggesting candidates to clients is needed, in order to deliver the best possible service. Gathering up a portfolio of what the client requires to be filled with the open vacancy is key to the job role, paying a great sense of care and attention to the job vacancy in question.
The Offer – Research Analyst
- £30,000 base salary + annual bonuses between 10-15% of your basic salary
- Regular salary reviews based on performance – one researcher joined last year on a £30K base salary and has had two pay rises in a 12 month period

Candidate Requirements
- Degree educated and achieved a 2:1 or higher
- Strong A-Level results; AAA/AAB
- Commercial experience is highly beneficial such as; internships/work placements or experience working in a professional environment post-graduation
- Excelled at something outside of academia i.e. sports, music, drama, etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent organisation and time-management
