The Company
RULE are working on an exclusive role with our client to find its next Director hire to join the business to grow out their CFO offering. They are a boutique agency (currently 15 employees) with steady growth plans over the next 5 years.
The client is an established search firm specialising in placing leaders within Private Equity backed businesses and their portfolio clients. Due to huge success, they expanded their offering to include Investments, Investor Relations and Fund Finance & Operations.
96% of their work is retained and they pride themselves on their completion ratio. Since their inception in 2009 they have completed over 1,000 executive searches, placing from board placements down to analyst hires.
As a Director for our client you would take on the responsibility of growing out their CFO offering, inheriting a team of two researchers, and hiring additional consultants to assist with the division’s growth.

- Train and inspire your team
- Hire outstanding consultants to assist with growth
- Consistently generate revenue and win business for both you and your team
- Understand and overcome challenges within your market
- Work with management to develop broader growth strategies for the entire business
