What They Offer You: Recruitment Consultant
Base Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 (DOE)
Commission: Up to 45%, potentially earning up to £60,000 in your first year!

Role Responsibilities: Recruitment Consultant
- Speaking to candidates and generating market intelligence
- Interviewing candidates for their suitability to a role
- Representing the company brand
- Network building
- Writing tailored adverts to post online
- Identifying candidates to Headhunt
- Business Development – cold calling companies
What We’re Looking For: Recruitment Consultant
Experience: 12+ months in sales (B2B, D2D, B2C, field sales, car sales, or related experience)
Drive: Financial motivation
Communication: Fluent English with excellent oral and written skills
Personality: Ambitious and proactive
