The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
- Write and post job adverts
- Speak with clients and review CV’s
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Maintain an active LinkedIn profile and network
- Meet with senior company members to discuss job requirements for candidates
Requirements:
- Minimum of a 2:1 from a reputable university OR sales experience
- German, French or Dutch a HUGE plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Driven to succeed
- Positive attitude
- Not afraid of a challenge!
