The Role: Recruitment Consultant
- Researching and building relationships with new clients
- Producing job adverts
- Reviewing and identifying strong CV’s
- Calling potential candidates
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Building your personal network on LinkedIn
- Earning commission!
The Candidate: Recruitment Consultant
- University graduate or higher OR a school leaver with 6+ months of sales/recruitment experience
- Extremely motivated
- Driven to earn money
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Hard-working and resilient
- Great time management
