The Role – Recruitment Consultant
- Working towards your targets to earn commission
- Telephoning/meeting businesses, looking to develop professional relationships
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates + clients
- Sourcing talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Headhunting, chasing referrals, writing job adverts, utilizing internal database, and networking
- Negotiating new business contracts
The Ideal Candidate – Recruitment Consultant
- Proactive and confident
- Competitive – played sport to a high level
- Money motivated and hungry to earn
- 2:2 from a University and / or sales experience
